Olivier Brynaert has a comprehensive work experience spanning several industries. Olivier began their career in 1994 as a Collaborator for Fréon asbl before taking on the role of Conseiller Bandes Dessinées at La Main Blanche from June to September 1995. Olivier then joined Carlson Wagonlit Travel in 1995 and held various positions such as Management Trainee, Business Analyst Industry Relations, Global Information Delivery Manager, Manager Fares & Distribution, and Director Airtip Belgium & Luxembourg. In November 2003, they became the Head of eBusiness (ad interim) for Brussels Airlines before transitioning to the role of Senior Manager Business Intelligence. Olivier later served as the Head of eBusiness, Head of Commercial Development, and Head of Business Development & Sales Steering. From 2015 to 2018, Olivier was the Head of Commercial Steering, Global Product & Programme Management. Olivier then became the Head of Commercial Strategic Projects from 2020 to 2021 and the Head of Customer Experience, Product Development & Ancillary Services from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Olivier Brynaert holds the position of Head of Customer Experience, Customer Servicing & Ancillaries at Brussels Airlines.

Olivier Brynaert attended Collège du Sacré-Coeur in Charleroi from 1982 to 1988, where they pursued their studies in Humanities with a focus on Latin-Mathematics. Olivier then went on to study at Université catholique de Louvain from 1988 to 1994, earning a degree in Commercial and Management Engineering (IAG). Olivier'sfield of study at the university included Management, Economics, and Applied Sciences.
