Rachel Zhe LI began their work experience in 2005 with Lufthansa as a Ticketing Supervisor. Rachel Zhe then progressed to the role of Duty Manager in 2008 and later became the Station Manager in 2015. In 2016, they joined Lufthansa Group as a Process & Project Manager for Ground Operations in the Asia Pacific region. During their time in this role, they excelled in analyzing process weaknesses and implementing viable solutions, contributing to the region's consecutive KPI improvement for four years. Rachel Zhe also co-founded and led a project for QR payment options at Chinese airports, resulting in a significant increase in ancillary revenue. Rachel recently joined Brussels Airlines in 2022 as the Head of Integrated Operations Control Center and Operations Performance.

Rachel Zhe LI earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in German Language and Literature from Sun Yat-Sen University. Rachel Zhe has also obtained additional certifications in various fields, including programming, project management, lean management, behavior psychology, management perspectives, microeconomics, marketing, and democratic development.
