Virginia Geeraerts

Virginia Geeraerts has extensive work experience in industrial relations and human resources. Virginia currently holds the position of Head of Employee & Industrial Relations at Brussels Airport Company since September 2019. Prior to this, they were the Head of Industrial relations and Employee wellbeing at the same company from May 2018 to September 2019. Before joining Brussels Airport Company, Virginia worked at Eandis from 2008 to 2018. Virginia'sroles at Eandis included Head of Remuneration Department, Industrial labour relations in HR, and General secretary to the Board of Directors of Iverlek (regional Distribution Grid Operator).

Virginia Geeraerts has a Master in General Management from Vlerick Business School. Virginia also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Université de Namur and a Master's degree in Law from Ghent University. In addition, they hold a certification as a Certified Change Management Professional from Prosci, which was obtained in February 2020.
