Bryana Bryant

Bryana Bryant has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Bryana began their career as an Administrative Assistant at College Advising Corps in 2020. Bryana then moved on to become the Director of Operations at Bryant Safety and Security Solutions, LLC, where they currently work.

In 2020, Bryana also worked at Clark Atlanta University as a Recruitment & Admissions Graduate Assistant. Bryana'srole involved organizing college tours and creating welcoming environments for prospective students. However, the program ended due to the global pandemic.

From 2018 to 2020, Bryana worked as a College Adviser at College Advising Corps, contributing to the goal of increasing the number of low-income, first-generation, and underrepresented students entering and completing higher education. Bryana'sresponsibilities included managing the progress of graduating students, conducting college recruitment activities, and organizing events to engage students.

Prior to that, Bryana gained experience as a Student Aide at Jacksonville State University, where they assisted with alumni outreach and event coordination. Bryana also worked as a Trainer in Customer Service at Six Flags Over Georgia, training new employees and analyzing customer feedback. Additionally, Bryana served as an Assistant Program Director at the City of Atlanta, Parks and Recreation, overseeing program activities and supporting the program's goals.

Bryana Bryant has a diverse education background. Bryana began their postgraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2022 and will complete their Masters in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services in 2023. Prior to that, they attended Clark Atlanta University from 2019 to 2021, earning a Master of Education (MEd) in Educational Leadership and Administration, General. Bryana'sundergraduate studies were completed at Jacksonville State University from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued Integrated Studies.

In addition to their degrees, Bryana has also obtained two certifications. In March 2023, they received a Trauma and Crisis Management Specialist Certification from the American School Counselor Association. Furthermore, in May 2020, they obtained a certification in Human Resources Management from Louisiana State University.
