Diana Kinikin

Diana Kinikin began their career in 2016 as a Quality Auditor and Laboratory Inspector at ASTM International. In this role, they performed on-site and remote inspections of testing laboratories for conformance to ASTM standards with regards to equipment, test performance, and quality system management. Diana also updated inspection preparation checklists to increase accessibility and encourage lab use, and further updated as remote inspection checklists to accommodate special requirements. In 2022, Diana transitioned to BryceTech as a Junior Management Analyst.

Diana Kinikin has a Master of Arts in Emergency and Disaster Management from American Military University, which they obtained from 2022 to 2026. Diana also has a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies: Conservation Biology from Warren Wilson College, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they hold certifications from various institutions, including FEMA, American Heart Association, American Safety and Health Institute, and American Concrete Institute. These certifications include Professional Continuity Practitioner, Level 1 (obtained in June 2022), Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) (obtained in February 2023), Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) (obtained in February 2023), Aggregate Testing Technician - Level I (obtained in September 2018), Concrete Laboratory Testing Technician - Level 1 (obtained in September 2018), Concrete Strength Testing Technician (CSTT) (obtained in July 2017), Cement Physical Tester (obtained in May 2017), and Concrete Field Testing Technician (obtained in December 2016).
