Alexandre Rivest

Alexandre Rivest has worked in customer success roles since 2010, beginning with a Customer Success Manager role at Acquisio. Alexandre then held a Business Development Representative/Marketing role at Sherpa Solutions and an Account Manager role at Bloom | Digital Marketing Agency. In 2015, they became a Customer Success Manager at Amilia. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Team Lead, Customer Success Manager, and Manager, Customer Success at SweetIQ. Since 2019, they have been a Customer Success Manager at Coveo. Alexandre is currently a Customer Success Manager at Bryj Technologies, Inc.

Alexandre Rivest earned a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary in the Fine Arts from Concordia University between 2004 and 2008. Additionally, they obtained two certifications from Coveo in October 2019: Coveo Basic Analytics and Coveo Platform Administration.
