Guilherme Sena Zuza has been working in the software engineering field since 2014. In 2014, they were an intern at Alstom Power, where they developed a PHP application for a web-based software distribution system and re-engineered an existing web application to manage software developed at Alstom. In 2015, they were an Ingénieur Logiciel at SOITEC, where they were responsible for all stages of the software development cycle, including identifying customer needs, implementing proposed solutions, testing, and validating the new software. In 2016, they were an Alternance en Génie Logiciel at Nexoos, where they provided support for the company's early activities in Brazil, developed new features based on customer needs, and developed an API to classify companies registered in the platform by their tax number. From 2017 to 2020, they were an Ingénieur DevOps at Capgemini, where they implemented a continuous integration chain (DevOps) in the EDF and Airbus environments to implement the 3DExperience software. Finally, they are currently a Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Bryj.

Guilherme Sena Zuza has a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Informatique from the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble, which they obtained between 2013 and 2015. Guilherme also holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Informatique from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas, which they obtained between 2011 and 2017. Additionally, they are a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist, which they obtained from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2018.
