Javier Castro, MBA

Javier Castro, MBA has over 25 years of professional experience in various roles. Javier began their career in 1994 as a Senior Consultant at KPMG. In 1999, they moved to Akridge as a Development Manager. In 2002, they joined Levantina USA Inc (Graninter) as Director, USA. Javier then became the Managing Member of ROCK Investment Group, LLC in 2007. In 2009, they took on the role of Managing Partner at Westline Commercial Real Estate. In 2013, they joined Microsoft as a Member of the management team who launched Microsoft's global direct B2B business. Javier was also the Team Lead for cloud product commercialization for the SMB market and a key contributor to new product programs on Microsoft devices and cloud products aimed primarily at SMB and education markets. In 2014, they founded and became the CEO of Gravatate, Inc. In 2020, they were a Member of the Class of 2020 at MindShare Inc. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Vice President World Wide Growth Operations at Bryj Technologies, Inc.

Javier Castro holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, with a focus on Real Estate and Finance, earned from 1997 to 1999. Javier also holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University, earned from 1989 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended ST. FRANCIS PREPARATORY SCHOOL from 1985 to 1989.
