Helle Thorkildsen

Helle Thorkildsen serves as the People Operations Lead at Bryn Aarflot since January 2023, contributing to the firm’s strategic IP advisory services. Previously, Helle held the position of COO at Protector IP, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions and operational processes, and led various initiatives including the implementation of a CRM system. Helle has also held key roles such as COO at Re:Media AS, responsible for HR, economics, and efficiency improvements, and COO at Dentsu, where leadership efforts were concentrated on strategic HR and organizational development across a large team. Additional experience includes leading Uniform Design and extensive tenure in media and marketing roles at Carat and other advertising agencies, marked by significant contributions to product and service development along with operational management. Helle's educational background encompasses multiple studies in marketing and business administration from institutions such as BI Norwegian Business School and the University of South-Eastern Norway.
