Sarah Conner-Smith

Sarah Conner-Smith has a diverse and extensive work experience in various organizations. Sarah currently holds the position of Senior Director of Strategic Engagement at Bryn Mawr College, where they are responsible for designing and managing the succession planning process for key volunteer positions. Sarah also collaborates with partners across the campus to identify candidates for engagement opportunities and liaises with the President's Office for important events and visits.

Prior to this role, Sarah served as the Director of Strategic Engagement at Bryn Mawr College, where they played a key role in designing and managing the succession planning process for volunteer positions. Sarah also has experience working as a Principal at Conner-Smith Consulting, where they provided consulting services.

In the past, they served as the Director of Philanthropy Operations at Feeding America and the Director of Development Research at The University of Chicago. Sarah achieved significant increases in major-rated populations and established effective partnerships with campus fundraisers and research analysts.

Sarah has also worked at Stanford University as the Associate Director of Development Research and at California Pacific Medical Center Foundation as the Manager of Stewardship and Information.

Sarah started their career as a Development Research Officer at San José State University and as a Research Analyst at the University of California, Berkeley.

Sarah Conner-Smith attended Earlham College from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Peace and Global Studies and Spanish. Sarah then went on to study at the Pacific School of Religion from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Theology.
