Lisa Lucifero

Lisa Lucifero, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and performance management. Lisa has held various leadership roles in multinational pharmaceutical companies, including Bryn Pharma, where they currently serve as the VP and Head Of Human Resources. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR, US and Australia at DBV Technologies, and the Head Of Human Resources at Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. In their previous roles at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, AstraZeneca, Catalent Pharma Solutions, and Sanofi, Lisa demonstrated a strong track record in leading HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and performance management initiatives.

Lisa Lucifero, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Lehigh University. Lisa is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by HRCI.
