Ritika Kaur

Ritika Kaur is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business analysis, customer service, and education. Since December 2019, Ritika has been working at BSA Limited as a Business Analyst and Test Analyst. Prior to this, Ritika served as a Personal Banker and Bank Teller at Indian Bank from July 2015 to January 2017, focusing on customer service and effectively resolving client inquiries. Earlier in the career, Ritika worked as an Assistant Professor at Trinity Institute of Professional Studies from January 2012 to June 2015, where responsibilities included developing administrative processes and supporting executive-level staff. Ritika holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a BASc from Delhi University.
