Dr. Michael Greiner

Dr. Michael Greiner has extensive experience in quality management and digital services within the appliance industry, primarily at BSH Home Appliances Group since March 2003, where roles have included Head of Digital Services Life Cycle and Director of Quality Management Consumer Products Global. Responsibilities have ranged from overseeing global quality management across the entire value chain of non-white goods appliances to managing quality for electronic systems and drives. Prior to BSH, Dr. Greiner worked at Siemens from 1998 to 2003, focusing on reliability analysis of software-intensive systems and contributing to significant quality improvement initiatives. Dr. Greiner holds a doctorate in computer science and a degree in mathematics and economics from the Technical University of Munich.
