Jocelyn Garcia

Jocelyn Garcia has extensive experience in sales support and customer service, currently serving as Supervisor for D2C Sales Support at BSH Home Appliances Corporation since July 2018, after holding leadership roles in D2C Sales Support within the same organization. Prior to this, Jocelyn worked as an Order Management Operations Specialist at Servpro Industries, Inc., and as a Senior Administrative Assistant assisting homeowners with insurance claims. Additional experience includes a Field Energy Specialist position at SolarCity, a Customer Service Representative role at Best Buy, and managerial positions at Del Taco Restaurants Inc. Jocelyn is pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management at San Diego Miramar College, expected to be completed in January 2026.
