Elaine Shine

Elaine Shine is a seasoned professional in business development and consulting with significant experience in promoting international trade and supporting the growth of companies in various sectors. Currently serving as Business Development and Consulting Manager at BSI since January 2018, Elaine previously held positions as Business Development Manager at International Enterprise Singapore - UK and Enterprise Ireland - UK, where the focus was on enhancing global competitiveness for Singaporean and Irish enterprises, respectively. Earlier roles included Research Consultant at the Office of Economy and International Relations in Dublin and Director at the South East Cork Area Development Board, emphasizing sustainable economic development and community support. Elaine holds an MSc in Sustainable Development from Technological University Dublin and a BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology from Munster Technological University.
