Michael Harris

Michael Harris has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael began their career at Clarks, where they gained valuable retail experience and developed skills in customer service and staff management. Michael then joined Speedy Services as a Trainee Business Manager, working on projects such as account management and acquisitions. At Rawlplug, they progressed to become a Key Account Manager, managing a diverse portfolio of trade accounts. Michael returned to Speedy Services as a Strategic Account Manager, delivering strong financial results and expanding services for clients. Michael also has experience in the sports industry, serving as an FA Futsal Referee and Tutor for the Elite Group of Match Officials at The Football Association. Most recently, they worked at Nationwide Platforms as Head of Sales Excellence, where they led innovative sales strategies and drove long-term organizational success. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Commercial Excellence at BSI.

Michael Harris attended Harriet Costello from 1998 to 2003, where they completed their GCSEs. From 2003 to 2005, they studied A Levels in Geography and Geology at Queens Mary's College. Michael then went on to The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Geography. In 2013 and 2014, Michael pursued a Level 5 Diploma in Sales & Account Management at ISMM. Recently, from 2022 to 2024, they attended QA and obtained a Senior Leader (Level 7) degree.
