Odessa Clugston

Odessa Clugston is an experienced professional in innovation and technology with a diverse background in various roles. At BSI, Odessa holds the positions of Innovation Transformation Manager and Global Immersive Solutions Program Manager, along with experience as an Innovation Analyst. Previous roles include serving as an Innovation Incubator Staff Advisor at Arizona State University and working as a Technology & Equity Researcher at the Center for Gender Equity in Science and Technology. Additionally, Odessa was the Director of Changemaker Central at ASU and contributed as a Research Fellow at the Center for the Study of Religion and Conflict.
