Laura T. (Laber) Allen RN, BSN, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various healthcare roles. Laura T. currently works as a Clinical Team Lead at Baylor Scott & White Health, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they were a Clinical Case Manager at the same company from March 2021 to March 2023. From 2018 to 2021, Laura worked at Medical City Healthcare, first as a Clinical Case Manager and then as an ICU Step Down Registered Nurse. Before that, they held positions at CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Health System as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Extern, Case Management Technician, and Patient Care Technician. Laura's earliest work experience was as a Resident Assistant at UT Tyler Residence Life from 2012 to 2015.
