Phil Kendzior has a diverse work experience in various industries. Phil started their career as a Quality Intern at General Electric (GE) Industrial Systems in 1999. From there, they worked as a Steam Generator Lab Project Associate at EPRI in 2000. In 2001, they joined the US Army where they held various roles including Manager, Training Supervisor, and Team Leader until 2008. After that, they worked at Con Edison as a Senior Specialist for Employee Programs and Services from 2008 to 2010. Phil then moved on to City of Killeen where they served as a Training & Development Coordinator from 2010 to 2011. In the same year, they briefly worked as an HR Director at Johnson Roofing, Inc. Since 2011, they have been associated with Baylor Scott & White Health where they have held several positions including HR Business Partner, Human Resources Director, and currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Phil Kendzior has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance, General from Syracuse University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2021. Phil also holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial/Organziational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, which they earned from 1998 to 2000. In addition, Phil has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Alfred University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Furthermore, they have a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from Villanova University, acquired in 2009 to 2010. Some of their additional certifications include SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP).
