Philip Boettcher has a diverse work experience. Philip worked as the Vice President of Nursing at Baylor University Medical Center since May 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at Baylor Scott & White Health, including Vice President Emergency Services and Medical Service Line, Director Of Nursing, and Director of Acute Care Services. Philip began their career at Regional Health as the Director of Orthopedics/Neurology/Surgical, where they worked from 2002 to 2015.

Philip Boettcher has a Doctor of Nursing degree from The University of Texas at Arlington, completed from 2018 to 2021. Philip also holds a Master's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Phoenix, obtained from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they have a Nurse Executive Fellowship from Southern Methodist University completed in 2016-2017.
