Umad Ahmad MD, MBA has an extensive work experience in the healthcare field. Umad started their career in 1998 with an internship at the Department of Medicine and Surgery. Umad Ahmad MD, MBA has a comprehensive and varied education history. Umad first pursued a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree at Allama Iqbal Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan from 1992 to 1998. After completing high school (FSc) at Government College University in Lahore from 1990 to 1992, Umad went on to attend Beaconhouse public school from 1980 to 1990. Umad then continued their medical education by completing an Internal Medicine Residency Program at The Brooklyn Hospital Center from 2001 to 2005. Umad further specialized in Medicine by completing a Heart Failure and Transplant Fellowship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2005 to 2006. Umad completed their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at Cornell University from 2006 to 2009, focusing on the field of Cardiology. Finally, Umad sought additional professional growth and knowledge by obtaining an Executive MBA degree from The University of Texas at Austin from 2012 to 2014.
