Saksham Panda

Saksham P. is a skilled Service Designer currently working at BT since May 2022. In addition to this role, Saksham also served as a Visiting Professor at PES University for a short period in 2024, focusing on an Introduction to Service Design course for the B. Des Interaction Design program. Prior experience includes positions at KONE, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee as a Project Associate specializing in service design for campus disability support services, and National Institute of Design, where systems thinking and service design were applied to the craft education sector in India. Early career experiences include internships at Aurus Jewels and Vastu Vista Architects. Saksham holds a Master of Design in Lifestyle Accessory Design from the National Institute of Design and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Vikram University.
