Sharan Gandhi

Sharan Gandhi is an experienced professional in the field of user research and experience, currently serving as the Head of User Research at BT and Deliveroo. Previously, Sharan held the position of User Experience Research Lead at Aviva and progressed through various roles at Bunnyfoot, including Head of Consulting, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Sharan holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Swansea University and an MSc in IT for Management from Coventry University.
