Scott Parks

Scott Parks is an experienced operations and management professional currently serving as the General & Operations Senior Manager at BTAS, Inc. since July 2023. Previously, Parks held significant roles at L3Harris Technologies, where as Operations Manager, responsibilities included overseeing employee performance for over 500 staff members, improving training deficiencies, and streamlining the hiring process. Parks has a diverse background in contract support from the U.S. Army, operational support at Bank of America, and real estate sales, with earlier experience as a Network Engineer at SRI International, managing substantial budgets and inventory. Parks served in the U.S. Army for over two decades, achieving the rank of First Sergeant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management, Human Resources, and Operations from the University of Phoenix.
