Rafat Islam

Rafat Islam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and telecommunications engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at BTC Networks since February 2021, Rafat has also held the role of Projects Manager at Brightstar Communications since January 2016, focusing on structured cabling standards and infrastructure design oversight. Prior to these positions, Rafat was a Senior Telecom Engineer at BrightStar Communication Co. and spent 16 years as a Telecom Engineer at Baud Telcom Co., where responsibilities included IT support and data center management. Rafat holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology from Punjab Technical University and a Bachelor of Technology in Telecommunications Engineering from Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, complemented by an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University.
