Kaylan Sites

Kaylan Sites is currently the Director of Delivery at BTI360, where Kaylan works with the COO and CDO to drive efficiency and improve business targets. Before this role, Kaylan held various positions at Leidos and Lockheed Martin, where Kaylan managed projects, led development efforts, and assisted with technology transition strategy development. Kaylan holds a Master of Science in Technical Management from The Johns Hopkins University and Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Villanova University.
