Andy Saxon

Andy Saxon currently serves as the Director of Delivery at rSTAR Technologies, focusing on program management and delivery leadership since October 2025. Prior to this role, Andy held various leadership positions at Palladin Technologies from May 2020 to March 2025, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Service Delivery, overseeing global professional services for Salesforce implementation. At Configero, from October 2017 to May 2020, Andy was the Vice President of Professional Services, managing operations for Salesforce-related projects across multiple industries. Andy's extensive career began at Manhattan Associates, where a progression of roles culminated in the position of Senior Director, Customer Support & Services, leading multiple business units and significantly increasing personnel and revenue over a five-year period. Andy holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Management of Technology from the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business.
