Desislava Gospodinova

Desislava Gospodinova has extensive work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Desislava currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at BTL Industries Bulgaria since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Talent Acquisition Team Coordinator at the same company from April 2022 to November 2023, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from April 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining BTL Industries Bulgaria, Gospodinova worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Leno.com from December 2019 to February 2021. In this role, they worked closely with the Founder and all departments, pre-selected candidates through various platforms, conducted interviews, prepared onboarding documents, handled HR administration, and managed payroll. Desislava also had experience in hiring candidates for various departments such as Marketing, Sales, Legal, Risk, IT, and HR.

Gospodinova began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Smarter Human Resources agency in December 2016 and worked there until December 2019.

Throughout their career, Gospodinova has gained expertise in talent acquisition, HR administration, onboarding, termination, and recruitment.

Desislava Gospodinova graduated from the Professional high school of architecture, engineering and surveying "Arch. Kamen Petkov" in Plovdiv from 2008 to 2013. Desislava completed their high school education with a focus on Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology.

Following that, Desislava Gospodinova pursued their higher education at UFT - Plovdiv, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management. Desislava attended this university from 2013 to 2017.
