Karim El-Ghawi is currently a VC Operations Analyst and Visiting Analyst at b2venture, a prominent European venture capital firm, since February 2024, and a Community Member of 2hearts, focused on enhancing the tech landscape with cultural diversity. Prior experience includes significant roles at Microsoft, where Karim worked in Partner Account Management and Sales Excellence, leading strategic projects that improved sales operations and developed comprehensive educational workshops for Microsoft Azure. Additionally, Karim served as a Cloud Solution Architect, enhancing training programs and creating valuable resources for partners. Early career experience includes contributing to digital transformation at MAN Truck & Bus SE. Karim holds a Master of Science in Management & Technology from the Technical University of Munich and dual Bachelor's degrees in International Management and Engineering from Technische Hochschule Augsburg and Industrial Engineering from Okan University.
