Bettina Walter's work experience begins in 2005 at Procter & Gamble, where they served as an Assistant Brand Manager for Wella Professionals Color Europe & Middle East. Bettina then moved up to become a Senior Assistant Brand Manager for Koleston Perfect Global Design, leading the global design of the product. In 2011, they became the Global Brand Manager for Gucci Beauty, responsible for expanding the brand into cosmetics and skin care. Bettina then took on the role of Global Business & Design Leader for Escada Perfumes, overseeing the brand's business and marketing activities. Bettina then joined Coty as a Senior Brand Director, managing a portfolio of European fragrance brands. Their most recent role is as Head of Brand Management & Partnerbrands Jewellery at Bucherer AG, where they are responsible for the global brand marketing for Bucherer Fine Jewellery.

Bettina Walter received their education in a chronological order starting from 1995. From 1995 to 1998, they attended Gymnasium Muenchenstein (College) where they pursued Economics and obtained a Matura Type E (Economics) degree. Following this, from 1999 to 2001, they attended the University of Basel where they studied Business Administration and Management, specializing in the General field. Bettina completed their education at the University of St.Gallen from 2002 to 2005, earning a Licentiate degree / MBA in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Marketing.
