Dean Aloise

Managing Director, U.S. at Buck

Dean Aloise is the Managing Director of U.S. operations at Buck. Dean has over 20 years of experience in human resources and consulting, including previous roles as President and CEO of Conduent HR Consulting and Partner at Mercer.

Dean began their career at Mercer in 1999 as the Principal of the Pittsburgh Retirement Business Operations. In this role, they were responsible for the overall management and growth of the retirement business in Pittsburgh. Dean then became the US East Region Leader in 2006, overseeing all retirement practices in the eastern United States. In 2008, Dean was promoted to Global Leader of all lines of business at Buck Consultants, which included responsibility for a $400 million P&L and 1,600 colleagues around the world.

In 2017, Dean guided Buck through major changes, including being split out of Xerox ownership and becoming a unit of Conduent. Despite these changes, Dean was able to maintain Buck's 100 year anniversary as an HR consultancy. Dean currently serves as the Managing Director of U.S. operations at Buck.

Dean Aloise's educational career began with a BS in Actuarial Science from Penn State University.

They work with Inderjit Jhajj - Chief Information Officer, Rod Bernstein - General Counsel, and Steve Coco - Chief Solutions Officer. Dean Aloise reports to Jack Freker, Chief Executive Officer.
