Kelly Conlin

Kelly Conlin, FSA, EA is the Managing Director and Chief Actuary for U.S. Health Financial & Actuarial Consulting at Gallagher, following the acquisition of Buck in April 2023. With extensive experience in the field, Kelly has held various leadership positions in companies like Buck, Conduent, and Mercer. Kelly graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science in 1998.
