Ross Wilson Fpmi

Ross Wilson FPMI has a diverse work experience. Ross started their career at Davies Solicitors as a Trainee Solicitor from July 2006 to February 2007. From there, they joined Buck and held various roles, including Pension Administrator, Senior Pension Administrator, Team Leader, Pension Administration Manager, Senior Pension Administration Manager, Business Improvement Manager, and is currently serving as the Head of Business Improvement and Governance, Pension Operations starting in September 2022. Ross has demonstrated consistent growth and expertise in the pension industry throughout their professional journey.

Ross Wilson FPMI has a diverse education history. In 2002, they attended the University of Essex and earned an LLB(hons) degree in Law. In 2005, they completed a Pg Dip in Legal Practice at Anglia Ruskin University. From 2007 to 2008, they obtained an NVQ Lvl 4 qualification in Pension Administration from the Pension Management Institute, and from 2009 to 2011, they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Pensions Management at the same institution. In 2010, they achieved a Dip.IEB in International Employee Benefits from the Pension Management Institute. In 2013, Ross attended Harvard Business School and studied "Stepping up to Management." Ross has also earned additional certifications, including membership in the Chartered Management Institute and fellowship in the Pensions Management Institute in 2017 and 2016 respectively.
