Stacey Babyak

Stacey Babyak (she/her) has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Stacey began their career as a Marketing Development Representative at Pitt Ohio Express in 2004. Stacey then moved on to Mullen, where they served as a Senior Account Executive, managing cross-functional teams and executing successful PR campaigns for various clients.

In 2010, Stacey joined PNC, starting as a Marketing Specialist and later becoming a Marketing Operations Program Manager. In these roles, they developed multi-channel marketing strategies, managed budgets, and implemented operational efficiencies. Stacey also provided change management support and training to users.

In 2014, Stacey transitioned to MAYA Design as their Director of Marketing. Stacey utilized human-centered design principles to optimize marketing channels and improve internal processes. Stacey also played a key role in developing and implementing the company's overall marketing strategy.

Most recently, Stacey worked at Buck as a Director, where they were accountable for the digital product lifecycle, including creating personas, designing wireframes, conducting user testing, and collaborating with developers. Stacey also developed a global UX/UI design strategy and managed a cross-functional team of experts.

Throughout their career, Stacey has demonstrated a strong focus on customer-centric marketing, utilizing design-thinking principles and operational expertise to drive business growth and create personalized and accessible digital experiences.

Stacey Babyak completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations at Westminster College (PA). Stacey also obtained a certification as a Human-Centered Design Practitioner from the LUMA Institute in 2014. Additionally, Stacey has a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt, but no specific institution or year of completion is provided.
