Andrew Hart is an experienced professional in sales and strategic partnerships, currently serving as Client Director at EZRA Coaching since May 2023. Prior to this, Andrew held the position of Strategic Partnerships Director at Elephants Don't Forget, where the focus was on leveraging Artificial Intelligence for employee learning and performance enhancement. As the Founder of Padron Consulting, established in 2020, Andrew provided consulting services and successfully managed various projects. Andrew's previous roles include Head of Sales at Avado, Global Sponsorship Director at Euromoney Institutional Investor, Portfolio Manager at CWC Group, and Commercial Manager at The Jockey Club, where significant revenue targets were achieved.
