Heather M. R. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Heather M. started their career in 2005 as a Medical Receptionist at Facey Medical Foundation. Heather M. then worked at Rodeo Realty, Inc as a Real Estate Agent and later transitioned to the role of Office Administrator and Transaction Coordinator.

In 2013, Heather joined Bunim Murray Productions, where they held multiple roles over the years. These included being a Benefits & Social Media Coordinator, Benefits & HRIS Specialist, and finally a Manager of Benefits and HRIS. During their time at Bunim Murray Productions, they partnered with various stakeholders on several projects and managed various benefits programs.

In 2017, Heather joined ACCO Engineered Systems as a Manager of Benefits & Wellness. Here they developed and implemented wellness programs, analyzed and improved department processes, and enhanced the overall employee experience.

Currently, Heather is working at Buddha Jones as the Director of People & Culture, a role they began in 2022.

Heather M. R. began their education at Ulysses S. Grant High School, where they completed their secondary education from 1997 to 2000. After that, they attended Los Angeles Valley College and obtained an associate's degree in Liberal Arts from 2001 to 2003. Heather M. then pursued further education and achieved a bachelor's degree in Women's Studies from California State University, Northridge between 2006 and 2008.
