About the Role

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing the company’s digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and increase conversions. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for collaborating on the development of digital strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. In this role, the Digital Marketing Designer and the Marketing Coordinator, directly reports to you. You will oversee their work, guide them in their daily tasks to ensure the successful execution of digital campaigns across various channels.  If you’re passionate about digital marketing and looking for a role that offers both challenges and growth opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Campaign Execution:

  • Manage and publish organic social media posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Execute targeted paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Display/Search.
  • Create and distribute email marketing campaigns (EDMs) and SMS communications.
  • Develop and post blogs and video content to enhance engagement and reach.

Website Management:

  • Oversee website updates and optimization efforts to improve user experience and search engine rankings.
  • Utilise tools like Google Analytics and Semrush to analyze website traffic and campaign performance, providing regular reports on outcomes.

Content Strategy and Development:

  • Support the marketing team in creating digital content strategies for social media, blogs, and EDMs.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to plan and manage the social media calendar and digital campaigns.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyse, and report on campaign data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimise ongoing and future campaigns.

Market Research and Strategy:

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and conduct competitor research.
  • Assist the Head of Marketing with campaign strategy, management, and reporting.

Event Support:

  • Assist in organising and promoting webinars and lead generation/conversion events that align with company’s business goals.

Other Responsibilities

  • Make necessary process suggestions and improvements which can help the team.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on.

About You

Experience and Skills:

  • 2+ years proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, SEO, and paid media strategies.
  • Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, and social media management platforms.
  • Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
