About the Role

As a Logistics and Marketing Support Associate,  you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across the client’s event ticketing and production activities. You will be responsible for managing logistics, communicating effectively with suppliers and customers, and supporting marketing efforts. You’ll be working closely with teams across the UK, Shanghai, and the US, contributing to the successful execution of theatre events and brokering deals with the company’s clients.  If you love  being a part of a dynamic team working at the intersection of entertainment, culture, and international business, enhancing your skills in logistics, customer service, and marketing, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics Management: Receive and process information from suppliers, upload event details in the system, and maintain an accurate record of all data and processes.

  • Customer Communication: Request missing information from customers, respond to inquiries via WeChat and email, and ensure timely and professional communication.

  • Translation: Utilise Google Translate to convert content between English and Mandarin, ensuring that the translations are accurate and convey the intended meaning by carefully editing for clarity and context and facilitate clear communication between our English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

  • Marketing Support: Assist in marketing activities related to ticketing, including writing content and managing social media presence, particularly on WeChat and relevant groups.

  • Data Tracking: Maintain and organise data related to orders, tracking progress, and ensuring all logistical aspects are running smoothly.

Other Responsibilities

  • Make necessary process suggestions and improvements which can help the team.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on

About You

  • 2+ years experience in customer service and logistics, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate content between English and Mandarin.

  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail, especially in managing and tracking data.

  • Some experience in marketing, particularly in content creation and social media management, is required.

  • Comfortable using various platforms and tools to upload events and manage communications, including WeChat.
