Marcelo S. has extensive experience in IT and service management, currently serving as Change Manager and Service Delivery Manager at ARSAT S.A since 2014. Previously, Marcelo worked at IBM from January 2007 to July 2014 as Global Service Delivery Manager, overseeing high-level relationships and contracts. Marcelo's earlier roles include Education Program Manager and Trainer for IBM at Adecco, CEO of Afternet Improve Solutions, and IT Support at Novartis. In addition to professional experience, Marcelo is a Microsoft and Cisco Trainer at BS Training Center since 2001. Marcelo holds degrees in Systems Engineering from Universidad Abierta Interamericana and multiple diplomas in Energy and Sustainable Development from Universidad Nacional de La Matanza and Universidad Nacional de San Martín, alongside a coaching certification from Escuela Argentina de Coaching & PNL.
