Player Personnel Coordinator at Buffalo Bills

Andrea Gosper is the Player Personnel Coordinator for the Buffalo Bills. Prior to their current position, they were a Student Assistant Football Coach at the University of New England from August 2018 to May 2019. In this role, they worked as part of the coaching staff to promote student success on and off the field. Andrea assisted in coaching (linebackers, offensive scout team, special teams), recruiting, scheduling, equipment, and program administration. Andrea also used Hudl to upload, tag, and intercut practice and game film, and ARMS to organize recruits and current roster.

Andrea began their career as a Front Desk Staff & Private Instructor at Hitters Count Training Facility in November 2016. In this role, they provided front line customer support at an indoor batting facility and instructed private clients on proper batting techniques and overall game improvement.

Andrea also served as the Head Softball Coach for Ocean State Waves from October 2015 to June 2019.

Andrea Gosper holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from the University of New England, with minors in Human Nutrition and Coaching. Andrea is certified by the American Red Cross in CPR, AED, and First Aid, and by the University of New England in HIPAA.
