Zach Richards

Zach Richards is currently the Account Service Manager at Buffalo Bills. Prior to that, they were with the Buffalo Bisons as a Ticket Sales and Merchandising Intern from February 2014 to September 2014. Zach also worked with Niagara University as a Game-Day Marketing Coordinator Intern from September 2013 to May 2015. Zach's first job was with Nike where they worked as an Athlete from April 2011 to August 2015. Zach was awarded numerous awards for performance and customer service amongst a staff of 70+.

Zach Richards has a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Niagara University.

They are on a team with Alexis Wilensky - Ticket Office Coordinator, Sean Kaiser - Account Service Coordinator, and Nadia Warren - Account Service Coordinator. Zach Richards reports to Chris Colleary, VP, Ticket Sales & Service.
