Charles Vexiau has extensive experience in franchise development and real estate management. Currently serving as Directeur Développement Immobilier et Franchise at Buffalo Grill since March 2020, Charles oversees the recruitment of franchisees, the transfer of existing restaurants, and the exploration of development opportunities on substantial land areas. Previously, as Directeur réseau at Inter Caves, Charles developed the operations of independent wine retailers and managed budgets, contracts, and strategic commissions. At Orchestra-Prémaman, Charles directed franchise development across multiple store formats in textiles and childcare, while also managing franchise openings and business plans. Charles's career began at Midas France SAS, where responsibilities included franchise recruitment and site validation.
