They have worked extensively in Georgia public schools, including as an assistant chief at Gwinnett County. They also have a strong background in educational research, having participated in the 24th Delegation to Israel through Georgia State University's GILEE program. In addition to their experience and research, the team holds superintendent certification from Samford University.
