Kim Jamerson has over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and media relations. Kim is currently the Director of Demand Generation at Bugcrowd, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Jumio Corporation as the Senior Director of Demand Generation/Field Marketing from January 2022 to December 2022. In this role, they managed teams and was responsible for lead generation, conversion optimization, and inbound/outbound BDR initiatives.

From 2015 to 2021, Kim held various positions at SharpSpring, including VP of Demand Generation, VP of Marketing, and Director of Partner Enablement. Kim managed a team of marketing operations professionals and supported marketing/sales team members, as well as other company growth initiatives. During this time, SharpSpring was purchased by Constant Contact in September 2021.

Prior to their time at SharpSpring, Kim worked at SumTotal Systems, a Skillsoft company, as the Senior Manager of Customer Marketing and Customer Communications Manager. In these roles, they managed PR and customer advocacy/experience professionals and was responsible for strengthening market awareness, supporting lead generation, and improving sales execution.

Earlier in their career, Kim worked at Gainesville Regional Utilities as a Sr. Marketing and Communications Specialist, where they developed and implemented marketing and corporate communications plans. Kim also worked at UF Health as a Media Relations Coordinator, managing the media program for a healthcare system, and at the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission as a Media Relations Assistant Team Leader, where they managed emerging wildlife issues and served as an agency spokesperson.

Kim began their career at WAGM-TV as an Assistant News Director/Reporter/Anchor, where they supervised a news staff and anchored and produced a morning show.

Throughout their career, Kim has demonstrated expertise in demand generation, field marketing, marketing operations, customer marketing, media relations, and communications.

Kim Jamerson holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration-Finance from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. They also have a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Mass Communication-Broadcast Journalism from the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications. Additionally, they obtained the certification in Account-Based Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in February 2023.
