Rachelle P. Williams

Rachelle P. Williams has extensive experience in customer success and administrative roles, currently serving as a District Customer Success Manager and former School Customer Success Manager at Nearpod since October 2020. Prior to Nearpod, Rachelle worked at Broward College in various capacities, including Administrative Assistant and Web Development Intern. Additional experience includes serving as a Junior Web Project Manager at 3dcart and several roles within Broward County Government. Rachelle started a career in the legal field as a Litigation Paralegal and has been involved in office support and assistance roles at Smith, Currie & Hancock LLP. Rachelle holds a Master of Education in Applied Technology in Education from Wilmington University, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, and an Associate of Science in Legal Assisting from Broward College.
