Mariya Oppermann

Mariya Oppermann is a Learning and Development Expert at Bühler Group, leading global and regional L&D projects since May 2023. Previously, Mariya served as a Learning Specialist within Bühler's Local Learning Center, managing various leadership and upskilling programs, as well as global partnerships for soft skills and language training. With extensive experience in global learning and development from roles at Nestlé and Mondelēz International, Mariya has a proven track record in digital learning solutions, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in International Business from EAE Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in International Economic Relations from the University of Plovdiv.
