Olivier Marion has extensive experience in the milling and food processing industry, currently serving as the Head of Sub-Region West and Central Africa and Managing Director for Bühler North, West and Central Africa since October 2001. In this role, Olivier leads various teams across sales, customer service, and engineering, focusing on business development, KPI management, and budget oversight. Previously, Olivier held positions such as Regional Director for West and Central Africa and Export Sales Manager for Southern Africa, driving industrial projects and sales in the food processing sector. Prior experience includes key technical leadership roles at Groupe Minoteries SA and Les Grands Moulins organizations. Olivier's educational qualifications include a Master’s degree from SMS-Swiss School of Milling and additional management training from Harvard Business School and IMD.
