Juha Koponen

Juha Koponen serves as the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Build Care Ltd since January 2017. Koponen held the position of Chairperson of the Board and Member of the Board at Eurapco from January 2020 to December 2024, alongside being a Member of the Board at Elo and serving as Group President and CEO at LähiTapiola until June 2024. Additional leadership roles include Chairman of the Board for Keskuskauppakamari (Finland Chamber of Commerce) from 2012 to 2024, and Chairman of the Board for both Finanssiala ry (Finance Finland) and Elinkeinoelämän keskusliitto EK (Confederation of Finnish Industries) from January 2022 to December 2023. Koponen also contributed as a member of the Board for Suomen Yrittäjät ry and held various positions within LähiTapiola and Stella Kotipalvelut. Education includes a Master of Science degree in Economics from Åbo Akademi University, earned between 1985 and 1990.
