Devin Connell

Devin Connell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Devin started their career as an Engineering Tutor at Portland State University in 2012. They then joined the Oregon Department of Transportation, first as a Structural Design Intern and later as a Structural Design Engineer.

In 2014, Devin moved on to work as a Structural Designer at KPFF Consulting Engineers for a year. They then transitioned to Bridges to Prosperity, where they held multiple positions. They started as the Panama Program Manager, leading the construction of 13 pedestrian cable bridges in remote regions and establishing a partnership with the Ministry of Public Works of Panama. Later, Devin became the Director of Programs, managing bridge construction operations across five program countries and delivering 26 bridge projects globally. Finally, they became the Corporate Program Director, driving the strategic direction of the Corporate Partnership Program and successfully fulfilling 30 corporate travel teams.

In 2022, Devin joined RMI as a Program Operations Manager, responsible for program operations. They stayed with the company until 2023.

Currently, Devin is the Director of Operations and Administration at Build Change, a role they have held since May 2023.

Devin Connell attended Portland State University from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
