Matthew Kerr is currently a Senior Analyst at Builder Advisor Group, Encore Capital Management, and Avila Real Estate Capital. Prior to these roles, Matthew worked at RSM US LLP as a Value Creation Supervisor, leading teams in advising clients on driving incremental value through various strategies. With past experience at KPMG, PwC, and Willamette Valley Bank, Matthew has a strong background in deal advisory, core assurance, and finance. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Oregon State University.
